Method: Pour Tonic over ice, then Blind Tiger Blue and garnish

50ml Blind Tiger Blue
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Elderflower Liqueur
10ml Blue Curacao
1 Egg White

Method: Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled glass.

50ml Blind Tiger Blue
20ml Lavender Syrup
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
A Splash of Soda Water

Method: Fill a glass with ice. Add Blind Tiger Blue, lavender syrup, and lime juice. Stir gently. Top with soda water.
